The federal government’s service directory describes EMIS as collecting, analysing and reporting institutional education data. These learning and administrative roles differ. Any connection requires agreement with the responsible operator, a suitable interface, and permission for the relevant content and records. This does not imply uniform adoption or access across every institution. A possible starting point is a mini-app behind a “Break it down with AI” button next to an assignment; single sign-on, assignment sync and reports to the teacher can follow. Which AI tutor can be integrated into the public education platforms of Somalia?
