For every question — the best-suited model and real pedagogy, not just an answer

Winny AI’s own technology: a model orchestrator, a pedagogical agent, a safety layer and long-term memory of each learner. The product does not depend on any single AI provider.

• Model orchestrator

  For each request it chooses the best-suited model, including national ones, and tunes its behaviour to the subject, language and task. A model can be replaced without rewriting the product.

• Pedagogical agent

  Plans every reply to lead the learner to understanding: guiding questions and step-by-step hints instead of a finished answer. It holds firm when a learner tries to coax out the answer, and this mode cannot be switched off.

• Safety layer

  Checks every answer for child safety and for correct references to learning materials.

• Learner’s digital twin

  A competency profile and long-term memory: Winny AI Tutor remembers years of learning — what the learner already understands, where the gaps are, what their talents are and which goal they are working toward.

• Ontological interdisciplinary graphs

  School subjects are connected in a single knowledge graph built from textbooks and approved curricula, so the tutor sees the links between topics across subjects.

• Bloom’s taxonomy

  Every topic is broken down into levels of mastery following Bloom’s taxonomy: learners climb the ladder of thinking instead of collecting ready answers.

Every update goes through a pedagogical quality loop: a test bench with synthetic AI learners and quality scales. The orchestrator and the educational ecosystem are registered as intellectual property.

Global technology. National character

Winny AI Tutor adapts to the country — not the other way around.

• Curriculum and assessments

  Curriculum, content, textbooks, language, terminology and assessment requirements would be agreed and validated with local education partners. No completed national curriculum alignment or unverified examination format is claimed.

• Language and culture

  Explanations and responses in English and French among more than 90 languages, with local terminology and content subject to review. These capabilities are separate from the product interface language. The Ministry curriculum catalogue includes Kreol; Seychellois Creole (crs) language work, competent translation, required pages and accessibility scope remain open. No Seychellois Creole AI or UI support is claimed. Two institutional pages do not complete the national teaching-language plan.

• Models

  National, regional and open-weight models can be considered with the relevant permissions and agreed educational requirements.

• Infrastructure

  Local or closed-environment deployment can be considered subject to project infrastructure, security and data protection assessment.

• Transparency

  A “glass box”, not a “black box”: regulators can check how answers are built and what they contain.

A proposed path for learning support in Seychelles

Learners and schools in more than 80 countries already use Winny AI Tutor. These are global users. A Seychelles project would agree its scope, content, languages, assessment and data requirements with responsible partners; no existing local rollout is claimed.
