Which subjects does Winny AI Tutor cover?
Winny AI Tutor supports school subjects including Spanish language, mathematics, natural sciences, physics, chemistry, biology, social sciences, history, geography, technology and English, as well as foreign languages and hobbies. A local setup follows the relevant curriculum references and assessment requirements agreed with education partners. Assessment preparation has been part of Winny AI Tutor since 2024. A local setup can provide guided practice in school subjects using the relevant curriculum and assessment requirements agreed with education partners. The tutor supports learning before an assessment; it is not used during the assessment and does not guarantee a result.
Does Winny AI Tutor explain in Spanish and English?
Yes. Winny AI Tutor can explain and answer in Spanish and English, among more than 90 languages. The language of tutoring does not by itself promise a translated product interface. Costa Rica’s intercultural and bilingual education settings require their own terminology, content and language review with local partners; support for every local language or curriculum is not assumed.
Where is learner data stored?
Deployment can be arranged in a closed environment on local infrastructure or in a trusted cloud of the chosen provider. Learner data can stay in Costa Rica as a setup option. The purpose, lawful basis, access, security and any international data transfers must be assessed under Ley N.° 8968, Protección de la Persona frente al Tratamiento de sus Datos Personales, and its applicable regulation; local storage alone does not establish compliance.

Will AI replace teachers?
No. AI makes recommendations, and the teacher gives the grade. Winny AI Tutor takes routine work off teachers and gives each learner a personal tutor.
Is Winny AI Tutor safe for children?
Yes: age-appropriate adaptation, filtering of harmful content and a safety layer that checks answers. No advertising and no sale of data. Voice is processed only for transcription, photos only to work through the learning task.

Yes — this is the Wikipedia principle: recognised experts, universities, the academic community, companies and authors of original curricula propose and add curricula, subjects, languages, teaching guides and books. Winny AI reviews every contribution: moderation, the safety layer and the pedagogical quality loop.
Can Winny AI technology be built into an existing platform?
Yes, there is a separate product for this — Winny Cloud. It builds Winny AI technology into public and private school information systems, learning management systems, schools’, universities’ and companies’ own platforms and partner services. Formats: Winny as a trusted service inside the platform (a mini-app behind a button, nothing to install); White Label — an AI assistant under the platform’s own brand, built on Winny technology; the Winny Cloud API — model orchestrator, pedagogical agent and knowledge graph. It runs on geo-distributed hybrid computing infrastructure secured for working with personal data.
Can Winny AI connect with Educatico, Plataforma Ministerial SABER and Moodle?
Winny Cloud offers integration options for suitable learning environments. Educatico provides resources for different school subjects and levels. Plataforma Ministerial SABER supports education information and administrative workflows; the student digital record is being implemented in stages. Moodle is an international learning platform, whose role and authorised interfaces depend on each institution’s installation; no country-wide adoption is assumed. A guided AI activity belongs in an approved learning workflow, while administrative records and content reuse need separate permissions. A mini-app, White Label or the Winny Cloud API requires operator agreement, authorised interfaces and an assessment of data protection requirements. Winny does not claim existing connections or partnerships with these platforms.
