For every question — the best-suited model and real pedagogy, not just an answer

Winny AI’s own technology: a model orchestrator, a pedagogical agent, a safety layer and long-term memory of each learner. The product does not depend on any single AI provider.

• Model orchestrator

  For each request it chooses the best-suited model, including national ones, and tunes its behaviour to the subject, language and task. A model can be replaced without rewriting the product.

• Pedagogical agent

  Plans every reply to lead the learner to understanding: guiding questions and step-by-step hints instead of a finished answer. It holds firm when a learner tries to coax out the answer, and this mode cannot be switched off.

• Safety layer

  Checks every answer for child safety and for correct references to learning materials.

• Learner’s digital twin

  A competency profile and long-term memory: Winny AI Tutor remembers years of learning — what the learner already understands, where the gaps are, what their talents are and which goal they are working toward.

  Every topic is broken down into levels of mastery following Bloom’s taxonomy: learners climb the ladder of thinking instead of collecting ready answers.

Every update goes through a pedagogical quality loop: a test bench with synthetic AI learners and quality scales. The orchestrator and the educational ecosystem are registered as intellectual property.

A local setup would agree curriculum, content, language, assessment and operating requirements with education partners.

  Curriculum, content, textbooks, language, terminology and assessment requirements would be agreed and validated with local education partners before the intended use. No completed national curriculum alignment or unverified examination format is claimed.

• Language and culture

  Winny AI Tutor can explain learning material in English among more than 90 languages, with local content and terminology subject to review. AI explanation language is separate from the product interface. A historical 2016 report mentions Tuvaluan, English and the Nui/Kiribati language context; it does not establish current implementation or a complete teaching-language roster. Competent Tuvaluan translation, the Nui/Kiribati vernacular scope, other required versions and accessibility planning remain open. No Tuvaluan, Kiribati or other local-language AI or product-interface support is claimed. This initial English institutional page does not complete the country’s language scope.

• Models

  National, regional and open-weight models can be considered with relevant permissions, language suitability tests and agreed educational requirements; no Tuvalu-specific model is claimed.

• Infrastructure

  Local or closed-environment deployment may be considered only after project-specific infrastructure, current legal, privacy, child safeguarding and security review. Lawful processing, clear roles, appropriate permissions, understandable notices and human oversight, together with hosting and international transfers, must be assessed; no unconditional foreign-cloud choice is claimed.

• Transparency

  A “glass box”, not a “black box”: regulators can check how answers are built and what they contain.

A proposed path for learning support in Tuvalu

Learners and schools in more than 80 countries use Winny AI Tutor worldwide. This global presence does not establish a national deployment in Tuvalu. A local project would agree and validate its scope, content, languages, assessment and data requirements with responsible partners.
