Education research has long known the most effective way to learn: one-to-one work with a tutor. Until now, only a few could have it — AI opens it up to every learner.

For every question — the best-suited model and real pedagogy, not just an answer

Winny AI’s own technology: a model orchestrator, a pedagogical agent, a safety layer and long-term memory of each learner. The product does not depend on any single AI provider.

• Model orchestrator

  For each request it chooses the best-suited model, including national ones, and tunes its behaviour to the subject, language and task. A model can be replaced without rewriting the product.

• Pedagogical agent

  Plans every reply to lead the learner to understanding: guiding questions and step-by-step hints instead of a finished answer. It holds firm when a learner tries to coax out the answer, and this mode cannot be switched off.

• Safety layer

  Checks every answer for child safety and for correct references to learning materials.

• Learner’s digital twin

  A competency profile and long-term memory: Winny AI Tutor remembers years of learning — what the learner already understands, where the gaps are, what their talents are and which goal they are working toward.

• Ontological interdisciplinary graphs

  School subjects are connected in a single knowledge graph built from textbooks and approved curricula, so the tutor sees the links between topics across subjects.

• Bloom’s taxonomy

  Every topic is broken down into levels of mastery following Bloom’s taxonomy: learners climb the ladder of thinking instead of collecting ready answers.

Every update goes through a pedagogical quality loop: a test bench with synthetic AI learners and quality scales. The orchestrator and the educational ecosystem are registered as intellectual property.

Global technology. National character

A local setup would agree curriculum, content, language, assessment and operating requirements with education partners.

• Curriculum and assessments

  Curriculum, textbooks, content, terminology and assessment requirements, including preparation for the Marshall Islands Standards Assessment Test (MISAT), would be agreed and validated with responsible education partners. No completed national alignment or guaranteed examination result is claimed.

• Language and culture

  Winny AI Tutor can explain and respond in more than 90 languages, including English, with local content and terminology subject to review. The language of AI explanations is separate from the current product interface. Any proposed Marshallese-language support would require separate language, educational and product verification.

• Models

  National, regional and open-weight models can be considered with relevant permissions, language-suitability tests and agreed educational requirements; no Marshall Islands-specific model is claimed.

• Infrastructure

  Local deployment options, hosting, providers and transfers would be assessed for the project, with legal, privacy, security and operator review.

• Transparency

  A “glass box”, not a “black box”: regulators can check how answers are built and what they contain.

A proposed path for learning support in the Marshall Islands

Learners and schools in more than 80 countries use Winny AI Tutor worldwide. This global presence does not establish a national deployment in the Marshall Islands. A local project would agree and validate its scope, content, languages, assessment and data requirements with responsible partners.

Any proposed project would also require assessment of lawful bases, child and sensitive-data safeguards, applicable automated-decision rules and appropriate human oversight; parental consent alone is not presented as sufficient for compliance. No clinical diagnosis is claimed.

Any proposed aggregated use for education planning requires an agreed purpose, lawful processing and validation; guidance does not decide individual admissions.
